Jordan has 10 years of professional and operational experience in law, business consulting, e-commerce and general management in China and Canada. Previously, Jordan was the COO and Co-Founder at Sparkice Inc, the Beijing based E-commerce sourcing and supply chain company invested by Metro AG, HSBC and others. Jordan was instrumental in establishing and developing the operations and in raising $40 million from corporate and institutional investors. Before that Jordan was Co-President and Chief Representative (China) of Janus International Ventures, a business and legal consulting company specializing in the IT and Entertainment sectors. While at Janus, Jordan designed China market entrance strategies, worked on corporate restructurings, helped to establish joint ventures, and led a variety of projects for his North American and European clients. Jordan holds a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University ( Montreal, Quebec), an LL.B. in Canadian law from the University of Windsor ( Windsor, Ontario), and a J.D in American law from   the University of Detroit Mercy ( Detroit, Michigan), is fluent in English, speaks conversational Mandarin and basic French and Italian. Jordan is a member of the bar in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
